At USA Hockey Shop, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and equipment. We want to ensure every player and fan is fully satisfied with their purchase before they hit the ice.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
