Customized jerseys typically require 5-7 business days for production before they are shipped via your selected delivery method.
What is your return policy on hockey equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that used sticks, sharpened skates, and jock straps are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening services?
Yes, we offer professional sharpening at our physical locations. For online orders, skates are shipped with a factory edge and may require sharpening before their first use on the ice.
How do I know what size hockey stick to buy?
Stick sizing depends on the player's height and weight. Generally, a stick should reach between the chin and nose while standing on skates. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific brand measurements.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, USA Hockey Shop ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
